Morgan Freeman is a Dirty Old Man

Morgan Freeman is attached to star in a comedy about an aging playboy who finally meets the love of his life, while his best friend and wingman of 40 years does everything to break up the new couple. Freeman will play the wingman. The movie was previously known as “Dirty Old Men” but is currently looking for a new title.
(On a side note, Morgan Freeman probably could’ve used his own wingman to talk him out of allegedly having an affair with his step-granddaughter. Talk about being a dirty old man. Ew.)
The movie is based on a spec script from Greg Coolidge and Josh Cagan. Director Peter Segal is said to be circling the project. Freeman will also executive produce.
Freeman next stars with Matt Damon in Invictus directed by Clint Eastwood.
Invictus Trailer
The trailer for Clint Eastwood’s Invictus is online.
The movie tells us the story of Nelson Mandela (Morgan Freeman) during his first term as South Africa’s President and how he turned to rugby and the 1995 World Cup event to try to unite the people of his country, who were still divided both economically and racially in the wake of apartheid.
Matt Damon will play the captain of South Africa’s rugby team, Francois Pienaar. Damon certainly doesn’t look like a Francois or a Pienaar.
The movie will be in theatres on December 11th. Sounds like it might be another Oscar push for old Clint. Does he ever make anything anymore that isn’t an Oscar contender?
