Jay Baruchel is Johnny Klutz
Jay Baruchel will star in Johnny Klutz based on a character he’s been working on for the last little while.
Universal Pictures has picked up the comedy about Klutz, described as a lovable loser who’s impervious to pain. Kinda sounds like me — except for the part about being impervious to pain… And being lovable…
Rob McKittrick (Waiting) will write the screenplay while Ben Stiller’s Red Hour production company will produce. Baruchel, who was in Tropic Thunder with Stiller last summer, is signed to star with Nicolas Cage in The Sorcerer’s Apprentice.
