Gerard Butler Introduces Gamer Clip
There’s a clip online today from the upcoming movie Gamer featuring an introduction by star Gerard Butler. In the movie, Butler plays Kable, the superstar of a mass-scale, multi-player online game in which he is controlled by Simon, a young gamer with rock star status who continues to defy all odds by guiding Kable to victory each week. Taken from his family, imprisoned and forced to fight against his will, Kable must survive long enough to escape the game to free his family, regain his identity and to save mankind. Gamer Motion Poster
UGO.com has a first look at the new motion poster for Gamer. The movie is described as “a sci-fi action picture about multiplayer games blurring with reality”. It stars Gerard Butler, Michael C. Hall and Milo Ventimiglia and is directed by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor (Crank: High Voltage).
Lionsgate will release Gamer on September 4th.
