During summer break, a college freshman decides to embark on a
cross-country road trip to pick up the girl of his dreams. However, his
romantic hopes hit a detour when he stops on the way to rescue his older
brother. Together, they play a practical joke over a CB radio.
Soon, the unknown trucker on the other end becomes an unseen and
terrifying force known only by his CB handle, "Rusty Nail",
who wants not only the last laugh, but also revenge.
