Here, here Terry.....2 out of those 3 are in my "best games of all time"....I bought Mass Effect, but really havent gotten into it (not to big of a fan of long RPGs).

But I've got another one for all of ya: Freaking Spore Creature Creator!

I got to the final boss on gears of war and its fucking solid when ur playing it by urself. will get it done byt the time the 2nd one comes out.

Been going back and playing a lot of Halo 3. Also, my boss lent me his DS so I've been playing Picross (best puzzle game ever!) Feel The Magic (the weirdest minigame collection I've seen, but it has an awesome style and great use of the touch screen). And tried The World Ends with you for a bit, but it got a little complicated...I'll go back to it soon.

Started playing "Call of Duty Finest Hour" but the lack of a save feature is pissing me off. Not that I want to save every 20 seconds but it would be nice if, after completing a tough portion of a level, I could save so I don't have to go back and do it again if I don't make it all the way through. Kind of a pet peeve with me, having to keep replaying the same thing over and over because it doesn't allow me to save when I want to.

Yea, thats the one thing that most PC games have over console ones....no need for checkpoints, just a quick save. Although I've seen a few console games start doing it (Oblivion, Splinter Cell Double Agent)...but not enough.

Just got a PS3 for the Blu-rays. I'm not much of a gamer but I downloaded demos for Indiana Jones Lego and Batman Lego. Pretty fun stuff. Last night I downloaded a Wall-e demo and will probably give it a whirl later today.

I was thinking of getting a game for the kids for Christmas, but there's not a lot out there for PS3 for younger kids. Any suggestions (other than getting a Wii)?
