From the very start, this spy thriller worked briskly and kept us on our toes. Intrigue eventually ripened into tension and together they made this film work, and splendidly at that. Character interactions also kept things rolling with two riveting relationships governing the entire plot. And while the conclusion did feel overly contrived, the bottom line was that this film satisfied.

Just a few extras here including, a fascinating featurette on CIA training, four marginal deleted scenes with optional explanations, and a fairly informative commentary track with director Roger Donaldson and actor Colin Farrell.

Despite a lack of conventional action, this entire ride was tremendous fun.

The Movie: 8/10
The Extras: 5/10

Recommendation: Rent This One
