Locklear Joins Duff's "The Perfect Man"

Heather Locklear is set to play Hilary Duff's mother in the romantic comedy "The Perfect Man". Production starts April 29th in Toronto.
Duff plays a teenager who is trying to find the best mate for her single, romantically challenged mom. Chris Noth and Mike O'Malley also have been cast in the Universal project. Mark Rosman will direct.
Locklear starred on the TV series "Spin City" and "Melrose Place" as well as "T.J. Hooker" and "Dynasty". Her recent feature credits include "Uptown Girls" and "Looney Tunes: Back in Action".
