Hugh Grant Out Of 'Harry Potter 2'

First he was rumored to be in it, and then he wasn't. Then, he was rumored again, and now he can't. Word has it that the current shooting schedule for "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" has prevented Hugh Grant from participating in the coming film.
Rumors have been flying for some time suggesting that Grant had been a strong contender for the role of the self-centered Professor Gilderoy Lockhart in "Chamber of Secrets". While talking to the UK's Teletext, Warner Bros. addressed the rumor of his participation as well as scheduling that will not allow him to do it, saying, "To have Hugh on board we had to bring the production forward three months, which we can't do. So sadly he's forced out."
The site reports that Grant had already gone through extensive make-up and hair tests for the film.
