The first set photos from Rocky Balboa are now online!!
Shooting on the movie took place at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada over the weekend following the Bernard Hopkins vs. Jermain Taylor weigh-ins. On the set were director/writer/star Stallone, Antonio Tarver (who’ll play Mason “The Line” Dixon) and Rocky-regular Burt Young who’ll return as Pauly. In the movie, Rocky has long since retired but is drawn back to the boxing ring one last time. On the way he is challenged by a powerful new champion, by personal tragedy and ultimately by himself. The film is scheduled for release by Columbia Pictures February 9, 2007.
