First Harry Potter Pic from Deathly Hallows

USA Today has published the first picture from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the last chapter from the Harry Potter series that will be broken into two films. The picture features Harry, Ron and Hermione looking pretty serious about something going on in front of them.

Director David Yates had this to say about the movie:

Being away from Hogwarts, they’re like these three refugees on the run. They’re out in the big bad world, facing real danger, unguarded by those wonderful benign wizards at Hogwarts. They don’t have a home to go to.

Apparently the three wizards are living in the Muggle world and being hunted by Lord Voldemort’s Snatchers and Death Eaters. Sounds like some pretty serious stuff.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 will hit theatres on November 19, 2010, while Part 2 will be in theatres in 2011.
