Antichrist Trailer

A new trailer for Antichrist is now online. We were able to grab it off FirstShowing.net. The movie stars Willem Dafoe and Charlotte Gainsbourg as a couple who go to a cabin in the woods to try to deal with the death of their child and repair their troubled marriage – or something like that. It’s directed by Lars von Trier.

I know a few people who have seen it and they didn’t really know what to say about the movie or how to react to it. They told me it’s extremely disturbing – the two words I remember hearing are ‘genital mutilation’. In fact, one friend told me that in the screening he attended someone got sick all over the person sitting in front of them.

I guess that’s a bit of a warning with this one – proceed with caution.
