Camilla Belle is Mary, Mother of Christ
Camilla Belle will star in the title role in Mary, Mother of Christ for Aloe Entertainment. Also starring are Jonathan Rhys Meyers in the dual roles of Gabriel and Lucifer and Peter O’Toole as Symeon. Al Pacino and Jessica Lange are in talks to play Herod and Anna the Prophetess.
Alejandro Agresti will direct the movie which begins filming in Morocco in May. MGM is looking to release the project April 2nd 2010 to coincide with Good Friday.
Camilla Belle appears this weekend in Push starring Chris Evans and Dakota Fanning.
