Brad Pitt to Burn After Reading
Brad Pitt has joined the cast of the Coen brothers’ black comedy Burn After Reading starring George Clooney.
The story centers on a CIA agent who loses the disc of the book he is writing. Like the film’s title, the screenplay is shrouded in secrecy. Frances McDormand also stars. It is unclear what role Pitt will play. Joel and Ethan Coen wrote the screenplay. Joel Coen will direct. Focus Features will distribute worldwide.
Pitt next stars in Ocean’s Thirteen, also with Clooney. His upcoming credits also include The Assassination of Jesse James and Benjamin Button.
