Roger Bart Joins Hostel 2
Is it just me, or has “Desperate Housewives” kinda sucked since they killed off Roger Bart. I mean, I was never really a fan of the character (he played pharmacist/killer George Williams) but he brought a little something-something to the show that just seems to be missing these days.
Anyways, Bart will star in Eli Roth’s Hostel 2 for Screen Gems and Lionsgate. The movie continues the story of a group of backpackers lured to a remote Slovakian village where businessmen pay to kill them for pleasure. Shooting is currently underway in Prague. Roth wrote and will direct.
Bart has also been cast in Ridley Scott’s American Gangster for Universal. That movie stars Russell Crowe and Denzel Washington and follows the story of heroin being smuggled in the body bags of U.S. soldiers slain in Vietnam.
