Kevin Bacon Accepts Death Sentence
Kevin Bacon will star in the revenge thriller Death Sentence.
In the movie, Bacon will play a father out for revenge after his family is attacked in a heinous gang-initiation crime. He enacts a death sentence on each person involved in the crime. James Wan (Saw) will direct from an adaptation of the novel by Brian Garfield. Garfield’s Death Wish spawned the vigilante franchise starring Charles Bronson. Shooting is scheduled to begin in early September.
Bacon last starred in Where The Truth Lies. He most recently directed Loverboy starring Kyra Sedgwick.
