Seven Pounds for Will Smith
Will Smith will star in Seven Pounds for Columbia Pictures.
Based on a script by Grant Nieporte, the drama centers on a man who falls in love with a woman while attempting to kill himself. The project marks Nieporte’s first film screenplay to be developed. There is currently no director attached.
Smith last starred in Hitch. His upcoming credits include Pursuit of Happyness, I Am Legend and Tonight, He Comes.
