Luke Wilson Fills Vacancy
Luke Wilson is in negotiations to star opposite Sarah Jessica Parker in the suspense thriller Vacancy.
Written by Mark L. Smith, the story follows a couple who check into a motel and, unaware there’s a hidden camera, become the subjects of a snuff film. Wilson would play the husband. Parker would play the wife. Production is planned for the fall for Sony Screen Gems. There is currently no director attached.
Wilson’s upcoming credits include New Line’s Hoot and Fox’s My Super Ex-Girlfriend with Uma Thurman. He last starred (also with Sarah Jessica Parker) in The Family Stone.
