Anna Paquin Joins Blue State
Anna Paquin will star with Breckin Meyer in the romantic comedy Blue State.
The story follows a young, idealistic Democratic campaigner who follows through on a promise to move to Canada if George W. Bush got re-elected. The movie will mark the directing debut of Marshall Lewy who also wrote the script. Paquin will also serve as executive producer.
Paquin next returns in X-Men: The Last Stand which opens May 26th. After that, she’ll star in Margaret for Fox Searchlight and director Kenneth Lonergan.
