Elisabeth Harnois in Solstice
Elisabeth Harnois will star in the horror-thriller Solstice for writer-director Dan Myrick. The project marks Myrick’s first time behind the camera since he co-directed The Blair Witch Project.
The movie follows a young woman who gathers with her friends at a lake house for the summer solstice after the suicide of her twin sister. Shawn Ashmore and Tyler Hoechlin also star. Filming is set to begin later this week in New Orleans. It was originally scheduled to begin production last year but was delayed due to Hurricane Katrina.
Harnois next stars in Chaos Theory for Warner Independent Pictures. She last appeared in Pretty Persuasion.
