Isla Fisher Joins The Lookout
Isla Fisher has joined the cast of The Lookout for Miramax Films.
In the crime thriller, Joseph Gordon-Levitt stars as a physically challenged janitor who becomes part of a heist at a bank that employs him. Fisher will play a scandalous vixen. Also starring are Carla Gugino as a therapist and Matthew Goode as a criminal.
Scott Frank will make his feature directing debut on the project. He also wrote the script. Shooting is set to begin later this month in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Fisher starred last year with Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson in Wedding Crashers. She’ll next star opposite Amy Poehler in the comedy Groupies.
