James Cameron Confirms Avatar
Harry Knowles is a lucky mother fucker. Most of us would dream about the opportunity to sit on the phone and talk the shit with James Cameron. Knowles does it. Bastard.
Anyways. there’s an article up at AICN today about just that phone conversation with Cameron about his upcoming projects. In it, Cameron confirms that his “mysterious” Project 880 is indeed Avatar. Sure, pretty much everybody suspected it – but Cameron confirmed it. However, when it comes to the question of which movie will come first – Avatar or Battle Angel Alita – Cameron is a little shy to provide any confirmation. Instead, we now know that he’s prepping both films concurrently and will make a decision as to which will come first some time in the next couple of months.
