Shepard/Ramirez Join Employee of the Month
Dax Shepard and Efren Ramirez have joined the cast of Employee of the Month for Lionsgate.
The movie follows two best friends (Shepard and Dane Cook) who work in a Costco-like store and meet a hot new cashier (Jessica Simpson) who prefers ambitious men. The men begin an all-out war to become the store’s next employee of the month in order to impress her. The movie also stars Harland Williams. Greg Coolidge will direct with shooting set to begin next week in Santa Fe, N.M.
Shepard has a number of upcoming projects including Idiocracy with Luke Wilson and Let’s Go To Prison with Will Arnett. Ramirez, best known as “Pedro” in Napoleon Dynamite next stars with Jack Black in Nacho Libre.
