Imagining Hugh Jackman
Hugh Jackman will star in a musical adaptation of the Cecelia Ahern novel If You Could See Me Now for Walt Disney Pictures.
In the movie, Jackman will play the imaginary friend of a lonely 6-year-old who has been left behind by his mother and is being raised by his aunt. When the aunt can suddenly see the imaginary friend, a romance blossoms between them.
The book will be published early next year.
Jackman is currently filming X-Men 3 for director Brett Ratner and also has a planned Wolverine spinoff in the works.
