Kate Winslet Takes Holiday
Kate Winslet is in final negotiations to star opposite Cameron Diaz in the romantic comedy Holiday.
The movie follows an American woman (Diaz) with man troubles who crosses paths with a British villager (Winslet) with similar problems. Nancy Meyers will direct from her own script. Shooting begins early next year in Europe and the U.S.
Winslet will next be seen on screen in All the King’s Men and in Romance and Cigarettes. She is currently filming Todd Field’s Little Children for New Line Cinema and will provide a voice in DreamWorks’ 2006 animated comedy Flushed Away.
